<Resposibilities>
'- Taking care of the guests for any inquiry.
- Go to sales call and develop new accounts.
- Assist Email reply and Telephone in Japanese.
- Conduct Site inspection for new inquiry
- Prepare all the necessary documents for the contract in English and Bahasa.
- Follow up and maintain the relationship with customer.
<Requirements>
'- Be able to speak and communicate in Japanese fluently.
- Reading and Writing in Japanese is must.
- Business level of English(preparing the contract and documents)
- Possible to assist the guests in Japanese with hospitality mind.
- Preferred experience in Sales and Marketing department and Real estate industry.
