Work details
Responsibilities
1.Identify new suppliers, agree terms and negotiate supply agreements where appropriate, discount structures, favorable pricing and payment terms.
2. Establish strategic relationship with key suppliers who are aligned to the company needs.
3. Handling Ex - Im activities and Dealing with international suppliers.
4. Handling procurement activities from ordering till Checking/making sure the incoming goods are as on order
5. Conduct an analysis of each production with the production plan, Costing/Pricing, Inventory control and work closely with Sales team as well
Requirements
1. Having minimum 3 years working experience at FMCG company especially food manufacturer as Supervisor and/or Assistant Manager.
2. Having experience in dealing or handling of 500-1000 items of raw materials and finished goods.
3. Having good knowledge and experience in export - import activity
4. Having good negotiating skill
5. Good at time management / scheduling
6. Good communicating in English
