Product Design & Quality Control Staff for Manufacturing company

Responsibilities

Technical service, complaints handling (investigation & reporting), customer relation (periodically visit to customer) 



Requirements

1. Male, between 22 - 27 yearsold

2. Minimum Diploma Degree, graduate from reputable university with Engineering educational background. 

3. Preferably 2 years of working experience as a staff of Technical Service or Quality Control in manufacturing companies, specially for automobile parts or steel sheets. 

4. Work experience in Japanese-companies advantageous. 

5. Having experience in customer service job for Manufacturing.

1. An excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills

2. A logical mind and enthusiasm for continual learning

3. Strong communication skills and willingness to work after office hours or in holiday

4. Have a good interpersonal skill (good communication, fluent speaking english, able to adapt with new people)
