Project Coordination Engineer - EPC Industry

<Resposibilities>

The SCOPE OF WORK mentioned here is related to High Voltage Transmission line and the associated Extra High Voltage Substation for and in a Large Scale Coal Thermal Power Generation Construction Project.



1．Project Coordination

 Support the Employer 1) to arrange and attend meetings, 2) to prepare a record of activities. 

 Support the Employer’s planning, coordinating, scheduling and cost control of the Work including the proposal to ensure that the required technical, engineering, cost and safety standards  are fulfilled.  

 Arrange the submission of technical documents and the modification of the documents as the case may be.



2. Issuing a Weekly Report 

  A weekly report to summarize the major activities associated with the work of the employee.



<Requirements>

 Technical knowledge on the transmission and substation equipment

 MS office advanced level

 AUTOCAD advanced level

 General knowledge of civil work.

 Knowledge of all Indonesian and local regulations and standards for electrical equipment, civil work and safety rules.

 English, Bahasa Indonesia.

 English shall be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing. 





<Desirable Experiences>

 Must have experiences with electrical system design and construction as an engineer more than 5 years with electrical projects High voltage more than 3 years in Indonesia.

 Must have experiences work with PLN for a Transmission line and a Switchyard equipment

 Must have experiences more than 5 projects worked as a project manager for substations or generation stations in Indonesia.

 Must have experiences coordinate with foreign manufactures outside of Indonesia.
