Position Name: Corporate Legal Staff - Machinery Trading
Work Location: Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur
Reporting Line: Local Manager



Overall Duties

Responsible for all activities and operations of the company related to the legal and ensure the company complies and meet with applicable laws and regulations.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To draw up, prepare and ensure legal completeness of company’s documents / Lisences.

2. To collect, store and maintain company’s legal document (Manage the legal company’s doc.)

3. To draw up and review all company agreements with third party.

4. To perform legal research in accordance with the management request.

5. To provide legal opinions and suggestions on the company acts. 

6. To represent the company in dealing with legal cases such as labor case, coporate case, operational legal case etc)





1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Law or equivalent.

2. Possessing knowledge about Legislation applicable in Indonesia.

3. Having capability to perform legal research. 

4. Having capability to draw up legal drafting (B2B trading contract, CL Contract, etc).

5. Good skill using PC and Microsoft Office (Power Point and Excel).

6. Having language skills in English.

7. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

8. Required Skill(s): Legal drafting, Litigation, Trading Law, Importation Law
