Sales Manager - Manufacturing

<Resposibilities>

- To lead, manage and ensure organization achieve business objective (profitable) and customer’s growth and satisfaction.

- Developing and implementing sales unit strategies that is aligned with overall corporate vision and strategy.

- Encourage an atmosphere of learning, collaboration and sharing within the organization in order to achieve company sales goal.

- Looking for any chance to sale some bearings to ohter industry. [Sales amount is getting from automotive industry mostly.]

- Ensure well running information systems are in place to enhance our capability and ability to deliver best service to our respectful customers.



<Requirements>

- Have a minimum of S1 degree in any dicsipline

- Able to control and responsible for sales activities very well

- Has excellent presentation skills and able to communicate very well

- Able to develop new businesses

- Able to control the team work

- Cheerful and energetic (very important)

- Able to speak English fluently, preferably able to speak Japanese

- Have excellent skills in operating Ms. Office
