Responsibility
1. Acting as Team Coordinator for Company acquisition project,
2. Assisting on the process of Merger and Acquisition
3. Construct a Selection of Criteria to select one of two potential strategic partners
4. Review and comment on financial models created by the M&A organization for all proposed acquisitions.
5. Deep dive discussion which includes business segment, technical segment, financial segment and legal segment
6. Work with the M&A organization to coordinate third parties for operations due diligence.
7. manage the overall process and project-oriented duties related to the integration of an acquired entity into the company
Requirement
・ Splendid Project Management Skill
・ Ability to do quick learning and absorbing new knowledges and infomation
・ Has experience in company merger and/or acquisition project - knowing how the M&A is proceeded from the sourcing phase
・ Someone with strong business acumen and awareness of key measures of business success as they relate to mergers, acquisitions, and the company’s strategic plan.
・ Able to speak English in business level
・ Good leadership skill
・ Good communication skill
