Requirement

・Proven working experience as an IT General Manager / IT manager or relevant experience

・Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems

・Expertise in infrastructure and network management and data governance

・Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation

・Ability to manage personnel

・Able to be the counterpart of the business departments to actualize their requirements  

Responsibilities

1) Act as the IT counterpart towards the business departments

2) Management of IT Infrastructure

3) Management of company's application development

4) In general, manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
