<Resposibilities>
'• The strategical development of key accounts, major retail and project bids.
• Delivering results combining a mixture of commercial decision making and customer service.
• Formulating sales plans to win bids for tenders.
• To drive and achieve sales revenue and gross margin based on annual budget
• Building long term relationship with the distributors and or key clients within the customer database.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
• Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.
• Develop good business relationship with local distributors and key accounts.
• To participate proactively in the regional team & establish synergy.
• To maintain high level of understanding of the organization’s business systems, procedures, tender documents, and ensure that all accounts are settled on time.
• To proactively manages risks, business as well as technical issues and scope throughout sales & technical department.
• Able to understand and read the architectural plan, design and drawing.
• Have positive, outgoing, and aggressive personality to achieve targets.
• To work in a regional matrix organization.
<Requirements>
'• Recognized degree.
• Major in architecture, engineering or business administration is preferred.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in construction, architect, building material, and or fabrication industry.
• Proven record in driving Project sales and has experience leading a sales team.
• Good in Selling Skill, able to do English communication & presentation skills.
• Management reporting skill.
• Strong integrity, independent, self confident and be able to engage and communicate with people at all levels.
• Able to travel regularly within Indonesia.
