Work details
Responsibilities
1. Develop, coordinate sales/ product training programs based on competence gap analysis within retail network
2. Participate actively different New products launch project & support new product knowledge development (sylabus and e-learning)
3. Enhance career patch matrix for the sales team from sales consultant until branch manager
4. Responsible for improving the productivity performance of Dealer sales team
5. Maintain sales information within Nissan Learning System (retail sales organization accreditation)
6. Suports training financial objectives by recommending bugdet items
7. Build solid cross-functional relationship within NMI organization
8. Leading a team of training facilitators & provide performance feedback
9. Assist with the development of strategic plans.
Requirements
• Have a minimum of Diploma degree in Technical background
• Over 5 years of Sales Training experiences in automotive sector
• Solid and proven management and leadership capabilites
• He must have excellent skills in employee motivation, fair judgement, people orientation, strong sense of confidentiality, proven leadership
• He must have strong technical and commercial automotive competence
• He must have excellent skills in understanding customer / people needs – deliver on commitments
• He must able to share common values with Nissan Way, Code of Conduct, high ethical standards.
• He must have excellent technical skills, leadership skills, communication, interpersonal skills, financial skills and analytical thinking skills
• Proficient in operating Ms. Office
• Fluent English for both oral and written
Desirable Experiences
Have good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, fast learned, able to work underpressure, able to work overtime if needed
