Responsibilities
- Analyze team target for each product based on area potential & manager the target
- Control, analyze, and improve distribution quantity for each product
- Control SPG, SPM, and SMD performance on the store and give a direction by undertaking joint call with salesman
- Daily brief the team before went to the store with analyze of each person sales achievement the day before
- Decide each salesman strategy for today and motivate the team
- Resolve field problem whether it's from salesman or customer
- Maintain & strengthen relationship with buyer
Requirement
- Has around 15 years experience in FMCG field
- Min 5 years experience as Key Account Manager, especially in Personal Care, Healthcare or Baby care product
- Good knowledge about marketing
- Good knowledge about 7P marketing mix (Product, Place, Price, Promotion, People, Physical Environment, Process)
- Has working experience in FMCG company
