Work details
<Resposibilities>
- Drive process and system improvements across the finance organization and business groups, including design and implementation of key cotrols over financial reporting
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are approproate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principle
- Develop, implement and encure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
- Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions
- Develop and maintain financial acounting systems for cash management, accounts payabale, accounts receivable, credit control and petty cash
- Review monthly results and implement standardized monthly financial managment reporting including variance analysis, analysis on growth activity
- Assist with mergers and acquisition activities and other special projects and requests as required
- Assist with design and implementation which are part of transformational change initiative of the corporate
<Requirements>
- The candidate must have excellent proven business acumen
- Have a minimum of 6 years in accounting experiences with several years of experiences in management role
- Good understanding abour tax compliances
- Or have a minimum of 6 years working experience in management consulting
- Have strong problem solving and creative skills, able to speak clearly and concisely, solid group presentation skills
- Excellent in interacting with business leaders internally and externally
- Have ability to confidently and effectively communicate to all levels
- Gain cooperation through discussion, influence and persuasion
