Production Manager - Automotive Parts Manufacture

• Planning and organizing production schedules

• Assessing project and resource requirements

• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales

• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met

• Determining quality control standards

• Overseeing production processes

• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary

• Implementing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

• Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff

• Organizing relevant training sessions





- Have a minimum of Diploma degree in Engineering

- Hava a minimum of 5 years in Production at least as Assistant Manager or Manager in Molding Injection or Rubber parts

-  Able to speak Japanese with a minimum of JLPT N3

- English fair

- Able to operate Ms Office 

- Have experiences in handling ISO 9001

- Have good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

- Good analytical thinking

- Good in technical drawing

- Have a minimum of 165 cm of height, good health





- Have exeperiences in living or working in Japan





- Have good leadership skills, passionate, flexible, strong personality
