QC & QA Manager - Automotive Parts Manufacture

'- Responsible for product guarantee after production

- Responsible for outgoing inspection including analyze part problem of the feedback from the customers

- Responsible for Customer support activities

- Responsible for troubleshooting, reporting analysis results, reporting weekly and monthly activities to all section / department

- coordinate manufacturing process activities

- Responsible for management manpower for quality inspection

- Responsible for management system for quality control and quality assurance

- Manage safety process activities

- Responsible for document control preparation and development ISO 9001 and ISO TS





- Have a minimum of Diploma degree in Engineering, Japanese language, or equivalent

- Able to speak and writing in Japanese with a minimum of JLPT N3 

- Have a minimum of 7 years working experiences in related field 

- Preferably Manager specialized in  Quality Control and Quality Assurance or equivalent





- Have experiences working or living in Japan





- Have leadership, Problem solver, Flexible, have strong personality, good in communication and interpersonal skill
