Incinerator Plant Engineer - Medical Service Provider

<Resposibilities>
'- To meet incinerator plant production target
- To ensure the feed to the incineration plant is of right proportion
- Monitor the overall plant performance including the incinerator, boiler, cooling tower,and waste water plant.
- Optimize plant performance from time to time
- Agreeing budgets, timescales and specifications with users/clients and managers
- Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient
- Liasing with suppliers
- Producing and implementing designs and test procedures
- Presenting designs to managers and users/clients
- Testing, Evaluating, modifying, and re-testing products
- Ensure all the records are promptly updated and document are maintained
- Support the plant manager in all aspects of continuous process operation to meet production goal safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and applicable government regulations.
- Maintain the continuous improvement process

<Requirements>
- Minimum 5 years experience in operating incinerator, boiler, cooling tower, and waste water plant
- Hands-on experience and familiarity with various incinerator
- Competer-aided design/modelling of plant process
- Effective technicalamd problem-solving skills
- Good in Verbal and Written communication skill with English
- Able to have business trip accross Indonesia
