IT Infrastructure Supervisor - Finance Industry

Responsibilities :

• Ensures successful implementation and maintenance of the defined standards

• Analyze the incoming issue that already received by IT Helpdesk

• Assign the task regarding related issues to the other IT Infrastructure member.

• Lead the whole team to ensure the IT Internal networking going well

• Working Individual or as a team and solve the problem that they got from the user related Security, IT Networking and Infrastructure

• Set up, monitor and maintaining the computer network system for the organization and ensure that intranet and communication line are working in order to support the company’s core business.    

• Installation, configuration and upgrading of network, servers and related hardware and software for internal IT environment.

• Providing investigation, diagnostic testing, documentation and repair / resolution of systems, hardware, software and infrastructure.

• Management of outsource vendors, and ensure the project complies with the SLA (Service Level Agreement).



Requirements:

• General knowledge of IT and Asset management processes.

• At least 3 years experiences working in IT networking and infrastructure.

• Knowledge of IT Operations process.

• Able to speak english

• Has experience in networking, LAN, WAN, irewall/SSL-VPN/Anti-Spam(Server)/Proxy/URL-Filter/IPS/IDS, TCP/IP, UNIX system administration

• Knowledge of principles of IT systems, systems architecture, ISMS, high level of PC skills

• Have experience with security tools like antivirus, IDS/IPS, SIEM, vulnerability scanner

- Have experience in IT preferable from Banking/Financial Industry

- Able to work with target & deadline

- Hard worker, able to work underpressure, having capability to work as a team and well organized
