Production Manager Japanese Speaker - Automotive Parts Manufacturing

<Resposibilities>

'- Responsible for the management and coordination of plant operations including machining , receiving, stores, tool room and maintenance consistent to improve the facility’s performance in shipping, inventory, and throughput.

-  Ensure on-time delivery according to customer demand and reduce labor cost to meet the Company's target. Drive continuous improvement of the Manufacturing performance targets in order to achieve the Company target with implementation of Lean Manufacturing Strategy and Best Business Practice. 

- Maintain and improve the shop floor discipline and build a culture of quality conscience and team-oriented operation through execution of Company's standard.  

- Provide overall Management of the ongoing Production operations including Inventory Control/Warehousing, Scheduling, Documentation, Equipment Maintenance, Calibration, Shipping/Delivery, and Quality Control/Inspection.Scope/area of responsibility is all Manufacturing Process and Project management aspect include:



<Requirements>

''• Male, maximum for 40 years old

• Bachelor degree from electrical or machine engineering

• Experience as production manager minimum 3 years, especially handling

• Assembling for japan automotive industry

• Have nouryoku shiken minimum for level 4 (n4)

• Able to manage production achievement control, line process control,

• Process line problem solving, quality problem solving, balancing process,

• Kpi.

• Knowing and understand about lean manufacture (tps), tpm, pdca, kaizen, 6

• Sigma, spc, or balance scorecard

• Have a good leadership, problem solving and coaching

• Have a high analitical thinking
