Production Supevisor - Automotive Parts Manufacturing (Bekasi/Cikarang)

Resposibilities


Preparation for Production depend on project until Mass production 
Negotiation with customer
Designs processes, material and workspace layouts to ensure fast and efficient production
Responsible to execute production plan and ensuring production at optimum capacity
Ensuring project deadlines are met
Analysis of operational issues and installation of new equipment
Estimate the cost of production and come up with cost-saving methods
Making monthly report

Requirements


Male, max for 30 years old 
Bachelor degree from Electrical or Machine Engineering 
Experience as Production Supervisor minimum 2 years, especially handling assembling for japan automotive industry 
Understand about production achievement control, line process control, control material, quality problem solving 
Have a good leadership, problem solving and public speaking skill 
Have a high analytical thinking

Have experiences working in Japanese company

Desirable Character


Good in analytical thinking, outgoing, strong personality, good communication, have good leadership skill
