Production Assistant Manager Japanese Speaker - Automotive Parts Manufacturing

Resposibilities


Monitor daily activities for production control and computer personnel to ensure timely and effective job assignment to meet production schedule, analyze production achievement, inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and requirements standard, follow-up and communication of problems with user community
Oversees and coordinates technical support for end-user training, production testing and equipment modifications
Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations
Evaluate operator and leader performance due to contract period
Develops and maintains output service-level agreements with user departments

Requirements


Male, max for 38 years old
Bachelor degree from Electrical or Machine Engineering
Experience as Production Assistant Manager minimum 3 years, especially handling assembling for Japan automotive industry
Have Nouryoku Shiken minimum for level 4 (N4)
Able to manage production achievement control, line process control, process line problem solving, quality problem solving, balancing process
Knowing and understand about lean manufacture (TPS), TPM, PDCA, Kaizen, 6 Sigma, SPC, or Balance Scorecard
Have a good leadership, problem solving and coaching
