<Resposibilities>
1. Order Management and Delivery Management such as order entry, follow up, shipment release, inventory management and to ensure on time delivery
2. Acting as the frontline for customer-related inquiries
3. In close collaboration with Sales to support customers
<Requirements>
- Have experience as Customer Service, Sales Administration,Sales in trading company, Purchasing for at least 1 year
- Knowledge in handling IMPORT Matter
-Proficient computer skills (ORACLE System)-Good language skills in English
