• Responsible to control and monitor activities on assembly line
• Responsible for manpower settings on assembly line
• Conducting improvement / kaizen on the assembly process.
• Graduate of State University
• Minimum Japanese language certificate N3
• Mastering Auto Cad
• Can read technical drawing
• Understand Kanban production system
• Understanding the Toyota Production System
• Understanding Hyoujunka
• Can use measuring instruments (Micrometer, Jangka sorong, dial gauge, etc.)
• Experienced in Assembly field min 3 years
• Have kaizen skills or improvement in everything
• Ready to be placed in Industrial area MM2100
