Job Description
• Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the company’s objectives
• Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
• Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
• At the same time still handling the Marketing process such as
• Closing the Deals with New clients and Getting the Business on board
• Maintaining the existing clients, by keeping regular contact and offering the product and services.
• Follow the company plan for expansion and be core part of the Team.
• Help the company grow their business Significantly within Indonesia
1. Experience Working in Printing Company
2. At least 10 - 15 year of experience in Both Marketing and Operation
3. Proven excellent performance in Sales
3. Ability to reach the decision maker for the discussions and proposal.
4. Have Past experience in managing relation with the decision makers of the client.
5. Excellent in English both written and oral
