Job Description
1. Handling all legal issue related to internal and external (business with third party)
2. Handling employee's issue related to criminal law and civil law
3. Handling and conduct mediation
4. Perform a review of the agreement and create a contract in Indonesian and English
Min. 5 years experience as Legal in Leasing or Multi Finance company
Should possess competent knowledge and experiences in establishing or expanding Risk Management and Compliance Division are preferred
Good knowledge in Government Regulation, Law, and labor Law.
Experience in handling employee issue both civil law and criminal law (especially fraud and employee problem)
Experience in dealing and mediation with third party cases
Good Communication skill and negotiation
