Job Description
Responsibilities
- Sell company's finished professional audio and visual audio products, mainly through dealers
- Making connections and closing deals with dealers
- Find new potential market/dealers, B2B
- Analyze the sales progress and come up with new sales plan
- Work through sales target
- Making a sales report to the GM
- Manage the sales Team and supervise and guide the team through sales objectives
- Acting fairly to the team, as well as dealers in order to achieve the sales target
Requirements
- Has experience in the similar business (distributor) or in retail company/ b2b (business to business) for 10 years or more
- Has experience in professional audio and audio visual
- Someone who is able to conduct market analysis and competitor movement
- Someone who has good strategy in managing dealer and sub-dealers to unsre sales target
- Someone who has experience as Sales manager particularly in sales
- Someone who has experience working under Sales Target, (particularly with big/high amount target)
- Has assigned to be Sales Manager position in the past job and has at least 5 years experience in the same position
Desirable Experiences
- Someone who has worked in a multi national company or big corporation, and not someone who has worked in a family business.
- Someone who has worked in musical instruments industry
