Job Description
Responsibility :
1. Determine work schedule and assign area of responsibility to logistics personnel while monitoring performance to ensure all schedule are processed accurately, timely and efficiently
2. Control and make sure stock properly managed
3. Assist and handling warehouse problem
4. Monitoring and update delivery status
5. Monitoring and control delivery schedule
6. Monitoring and follow up shipment
7. Ensure all job activities comply with valid regulations or procedures
8. Ensure all administration for logistic running well
9. Establish good communication with production team, marketing team, export import team to achieve target.

Requirements
1. Male, age min 35yo – 39yo 2. Education min. S1 any majors
3. Able to speak Japanese
4. Experience min 5years in the same field (Logistic / warehouse SPV) 5. Understand all procedure about stock audit, stock inventory, delivery and calculate material for production
6. Familiar with DO (Delivery Order) and PO (Purchase Order)
7. Establish good communication with forwarder
