Responsibilities
Manage human resources and general affairs function in company:
- Develops and implements compensation strategies and structure that align with company goals and ensured the provision of cost effective benefits plan
- Plans, develops, implements and administers programs, procedures and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company and leads the implementation of performance management system
- Provide general supporting activities such as office inventory, company legal documents and permits factory and office regulations and cleanliness
- Formulate and recommends human resources policies and practices that will establish positive employer relationship
- Make a summary of overtime payment generated in each auction and manage petty cash
Requirements
- Possess working experiences in HR & GA department for min. 5 years
- Able to focus on improvement of organizational structure
- Able to communicate in English, Business level
- Domicile around West Jakarta or Tangerang area
