Job Description
- Prepare yearly business plan and make target by each products
- Plan and develop marketing strategies to increase company's brand awareness
- Develop new product and business opportunities by promoting permanently company products to customer
- Identify potential business deals taht by contacting potential partners and exploring opportunities
- Manage and negotiate with third party and prosperct client
- Checking the validity of customer documents from Marketing Department
- Develop Sales strategies by creating package and promotion wiht the approval of management
- Prepare the approval form and coordinae with related division for new product and projects
- Manage subordinate in handling telemarekting, social media, e-commerce and develop new products.
- Minimum of 3 year experience working in the same field in Assistant Manager position at least
- Able to Speak English ( Business Level )
- Able to do the Financial review, Financial analyze,
- Have a strong knowledge in OJK
Quick to make an action, logical and rational person.
- Have leadership, good communication and calculation skill
