Resposibilities
As Halal Assurance management system Team Leader implement of HAS23000 (Halal Assurance System), input new development, internal audit report to CEROL HAS23000. passed Halal assurance system audit with grade A. Update PASSED and hold National certificate of Halal supervisor/ penyelia halal competency, issued by LSP Halal - BNSP)
Quality in process (control process, HACCP, GMP in productoon ares)
Set up document SOP,WI,Form, set quality and implement all requlatories HALAL, HACCP, FSSC 22000, SANITATION
Handle pest management, Customer complaint, goverment regulation,
Supplier request & rrelatonship (Ingredients, packaging)
As FSTL (Food Safety Team Leader) Preparing FSSC22000 prerequisites, preventive & corrective action, surveillance audit
Leading management review, leading of audit (external/internal audit)
Requirements
2-3 years experience
Male or female ages max 35 years
Having knowledge in FSSC 22000, GMP,HACCP,Halal,QC procedures
