Job Description

・Communicate with Clients and Partners.
・Lead the development team to understand documents related to technical aspect. (Design Specification, Requirement Specification, Test Specification, etc).
・Plan, design and develop software and services.
・Interacting with customers and Partners about product explanation, implementation and support.
Managing software development teams
・Negotiate on additional costs etc. with customers


・Familiar with JAVA (J2EE) Technology (with more than 2 years of experience).
・Ability to work in a team and individually with minimum supervision.
・Familiar with the latest web technologies and frameworks (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery, Ajax, etc).
・Skilled and experienced with Java Enterprise (J2EE), Spring MVC, Hibernate, Struts Framework.
・Ability to start creating common method and/or library components that will be used by members using Java Enterprise.
・ to configure Web Server (Apache/ Tomcat/ Ngix, etc) and DB Server (MySQL/ Oracle).
・Possess knowledge in writing and coding T-SQL such as: Store Procedure/ Function/ Trigger.
・Possess good debugging skills and problem solving skills.
・Ability to speak English
・Possess negotiation skill


・Ability to speak Japanese
