Job Description

・Relationship building and repairing ordering with Japanese general contractor
・Equipment repair of service apartment, general maintenance management (air conditioning, hot water supply, gondola, water reservoir, sand filter etc)
・Implementation management of firefighting training
・Replenishment of light oil to generator
・Response to complaints, requested from guests

Requirements

・Ability to speak Japanese or English conversational level



・Facility ｍanagement experience at Hotel
