Responsibilities
- Responsible to achieve production targets
- Responsible for Dies reparations and making
- Responsible for manpower settings on Dies line
- Responsible for manpower and skill up training
- Conducting improvement / kaizen on the dies reparation and making process
- Conducting 5S activities on the dies reparation and making process
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 5 year experiences in related field
- Have experiences in Production Dies and Dies repairs
- Have knowledge in CNC Machine
- Good understanding in production flow process, supply process and distribution (Kanban System)
- Familiar with production drawing
- Have knowledge in ISO 9001-2015
- Good in operate MS Office
- Fair English for both speaking and writing is a must
- Able to speak Japanese is an advantage
- Willing to be placed in East Karawang
