Quality Control Supervisor - Trading Industry

Job Description
<Resposibilities>
・Responsible to obtain quality in products and services of the company, based on basic agreement with customers
・Monitor every inspection or preparation process
・Ensure the quality of goods received or goods sold
・Ensuring every customer claims have been handled properly and communicate those claims to related supplier to get quality parts explanation or final decision until those customer claims solved
・Handling Part Problem Report (PPR) in a way to manage NG parts after sales or before sales until the final judgement
・Responsible to identify the problem improvement & recommendation to the superior
・Support Customer Audit preparation activity
・Conduct preparations for the submission of Quality certifications (ISO, IATF).

Requirements
<Requirements>
・Have knowledge for quality certification, having certificate that is correlation with quality will be as added value (ISO, IATF).
・Able to make analysis data for problem solving.
・Ability to speak English business level
・Living in Cikarang


<Desirable Experiences>
・Experience in quality inspection and quality audit minimum 5 years in trading/manufacturing company (Automotive company will be preferable)

・Proactive
