Purchasing Supervisor - Automotive Parts Manufacturing (Cikarang)

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseas purchasing supply
- Responsible for general activities of purchasing and export import including vendor's selection
- Responsible for handling material purchase including understanding the specifications, monitoring and calculating whether the materials are meet with production needed.
- Maintain good relationship with Forwarder
- Control Purchase value and inventory

Requirements
- Have a minimum of S1 degree
- Have a minimum of 3 - 5 year experiences
- Strong knowledge in purchasing material (Import & Local)
- Good in Vendor control, and searching new Supplier (new part development)
- Strong knowledge in handling process (Import, Export, PIB, forwarder, document BC, etc)
- Good knowledge in control Delivery schedule
- Good in operating Ms. Office, familiar with SAP
- Good English for both oral & written

Desirable Experiences
- If able to speak Japanese will be a plus point
