Job Description
- Making quotation for new RFQ from customer ( new / existing project )
- Update price to customer based on exchange rate and change of design.
- Update forecast from customer monthly to system and coordinate with other related department for material safety stock, production planning and delivery.
- Maintain good relationship with customer, negotiate with them in term of price and term of sales.
- To guide the subordinates
- To setup meeting both internal and external team in line with mass pro preparation for new project.
- To coordinate closely with development for event schedule and making sample to customer.
- Handling related document and administration such as invoicing and customer property ( drawing and tooling ).
- To cooperate in team for making sales report.
