IT Section Head - Automotive Parts Manufacture (Cikarang)

Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Process preparation tools, equipment, and services to create reliable infrastructure
2. Data realization of IT implementation and evaluation in order to create accurate draft budget
3. Process realization and data collection related with infrastructure software such as software license to prepare software reliability
4. Process realization and data collection related with infrastructure hardware such as help desk activities, hardware services to prepare hardware support
5. Process realization and data collection related with network update, license to create reliable network
6. Process and data collection related data backup plan, system to prevent company data loss to make data recovery reliability
7. Process realization of IT help desk update, user evaluation to make help desk reliability program
8. Process data collection and utilization of all IT asset to establish IT asset up to date and recorded well
9. Data recapitulation of IT implementation in order to create accurate IT report

Requirement
1. Minimum experience in IT or similar field for 8 years,
2. Minimum experience in manufacturing industry for 5 years
3. Minimum 3 years last positioned as IT Section Head or similar
4. Have strong knowledge about IT infrastructure planning, development and maintenance
5. Experienced in ERP system implementation and operation
6. Have strong knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodology
7. Have good knowledge of IT Project Management
8. Have good systematically analytical thinking and problem solving
9. Have good leadership and directing to coordinate the activities
10. Creative thinking and innovation to support effectively and efficiency process as support company objective
11. Have good implementation for administration activities and maintaining database
12. Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
13. Advanced computer skills on MS Office and related support software
