Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Job management program from job analysis, job description and job grading in order to make systematically and accuracy of job for each holder person
2. Performance management setup and implementation based on business strategic planning in order to design KPI organization
3. Organization development realization in order to make organization run effective
4. preparation in related with employee data, performance data, hiring data of career development align with Company’s business strategy in order to prepare employee succession
5. Career development plan based on organization needs in order to place people in right man in the right place for effective organization.
6. Learning need analysis based on competencies gap analysis in accordance to job competencies in order to create effective learning program
7. Competencies analysis process to identify gap competencies between job competencies and individual competencies in order to create competency model
8. Talent mapping in all Department in order to plan the talent in appropriate placement, which correlation with the career and to keep it in place in the organization by create the formula of talent management system
REQUIREMENT
Experience
1. Minimum working experience 8 years with the last 6 years in the manufacture industry
2. Minimum experience 5 years in the organization development field, HR operation and people development
3. Minimum In the 3 years job position as a Section Head and or equivalent
Technical Skill
1. Experience of, and commitment to, continuous organizational improvement and the ability to act as a change agent
2. Good understanding and capability for performance management
3. Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally
4. Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
5. Strong coaching/mentoring and counseling skills
6. Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to (personal, and team) deadlines
7. Good understanding and capable to handle personnel administration related with employee e.g contract, transfer, mutation, promotion, succession
8. Good initiative to make various program that support for employee productivity and company branding image e.g comfortable working environment, work life balance, reward and recognition program, industrial relation program
9. Good understanding and capable to handle all thing related with employee development and talent
