<Responsibilities>
To control leasing project Simatupang and Mega Kuningan
・Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain, legal matters and customer satisfaction
・Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
・Arrange business meetings with stakeholders
・Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
・Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
・Other responsibilities if needed
Requirements
<Requirements>
・Graduated from reputable university [Universitas Indonesia, Institut Teknologi Bandung] or oversees university and recorded good GPA
・Ability to use English business level or above
・Ability to use Japanese business level or above [Similar level with N2 in Japanese]
<Desirable Experiences>
・Working experience from 2 to 13 years in real estate, developer, leasing retail asset, or service apartment asset industry
・Have worked in different cultural areas
