- Have Automotive industry experience with SMT system (Automation)
- Experienced in SMT processes, machinery, and tools
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Leadership abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- English Language Proficiency (spoken and written)
Responsibilities :
- Plans, organizes and organizes and supervises all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
- Prepares departmental budgets and ensures the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
- Coordinates and directs internal/external audits
