Requirement
- Min 8 years experience in the same field, with proven leadership skill
- Has experience in calculation & preparing dilutions of flavoring materials, flavor creations & applications
- Ability to taste & discriminate sensory properties of flavors & applications
- Strong leadership, good communication skill and good logical thinking
Responsibilities
- Understand & conduct entire formulation process including; accurate compounding of flavors, raw material handling, computer entry of formulations & specifications
- Maintain laboratory conditions, manage and transfer raw materials and flavor stocks
- Perform laboratory processes required for preparation of intermediates and finished flavors
- Application of flavors into bases & participate in tasting & product evaluations
