<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible for the Company's marketing and communications strategies, as well as overall branding and image by optimizing the use of digital platforms.
<Job Responsibilities>
• Leads marketing consultation on key strategic programs and initiatives to build the brand and achieve success in meeting business goals
• Presents strategies and plans to CEO and group key stakeholders with concise and clear communication
• Instills trust, builds and maintains relationships with strategic industry and cross-functional partners.
• Leads partners in achieving shared goals, identifies and communicates key responsibilities and practices to promote a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results
• Develops and manages marketing campaign strategies and execution focused on delivering key business objectives.
• Works with internal and third-party vendors to continuously measure, test and learn. Lead the process of setting up measurement and driving ongoing learnings.
• Supports team in communicating and socializing marketing strategies, tactics, insights, learnings and results with cross functional partners
• Synthesize actionable and meaningful customer & channel insights as marketing inputs to multiple work streams
• Thought leaderships, research guidance, and stewardship of emerging opportunities with agency partners, internal teams, and key stakeholder groups
• Consult with other divisions on strategic goals and approach
• Ensures individual promotional initiatives / tests / activities continually leverage marketing to its full capacity and are highly efficient, engaging and meaningful to consumers and the Brand.
• Assures campaign strategies and tactics will be effective and engaging in marketing channels including digital channels while maintaining brand integrity.
• Challenges and inspires team members to achieve business results.
• Conducts and ensures the completion of performance reviews.
• Oversees training and development of partners directly and indirectly managed and makes effective staffing decisions.
• Provides coaching, direction and leadership support to team members in order to achieve partners, business and customer results
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Min. bachelor's degree from any major (preferably Marketing/Communications)
- Min. 10 years of experience in the relevant position (preferably F&B industry)
- Min. 8 years in managerial level in F&B industry
- Solid knowledge of branding, promotion techniques, and market research
- Strong and proven ability in managing media and community relations, advertising, and digital marketing platforms
- Digital marketing savvy is a must
- Excellent communication (Fluent) skills (Bahasa and English) and including negotiation.
