Facility & Building Restructuration Manager

<Job Responsibilities>
♦Manage and control the building facilities management relate to the utilities and building foundation
♦Conduct the factory building inspections and propose the building repairs if needed
♦Manage and supervise the facilities management services to optimize productivity and ensure a safe workplace for employees
♦Other related tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
♦Minimum Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or any related field with a construction background
♦Having experience in facility management or as a contractor in a factory
♦Good knowledge with proven experience in building engineering
♦Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under the tight pressure
♦Good in English, both verbal and written. Japanese will be a plus point
