- Selling ERP software
<Job Responsibilities>
- Meet and exceed quarterly & annual quota that given by project manager.
- Assist to execute sales & marketing plan and opportunity pipeline
- Maintain and drive high level of weekly sales activity
- Quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships at the executive, operational and IT level
- Develop strong knowledge of Products & Services and the manufacturing market place.
- Set proper expectations in sales cycles that result in customers who can be used as positive references for future prospects
- Identify, define and document critical business needs
- Effectively justify return on investment, create initial interest
- Assist in identifying opportunity to partner up with other organizations on joint ventures, acquisitions and potential investments
- Identify new opportunities through business development activities such as trade shows, conferences, etc.
- Ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations and policies
- Develop and maintain effective business, sales, and marketing plans
- Implement and follow successful sales processes
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency
・6 years of experience in selling SaaS, preferably ERP products as a BD or Consultant
・Has network with manufacturing companies
・Tech savvy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, sales force automation and web meeting tools
・Willingness to be mobile for work/meeting
・Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with Executive Level, Operational Level, IT, or business owners, with proven achievements
・Understanding of of manufacturing terminology and processes such as: ERP, Engineering, BOM, Estimating, Sales Order Processing, MRP, Work Orders, Production Planning, Scheduling, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Accounting, and Supply Chain Management.
