<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support site scheduling & planning
<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare detailed erection and commissioning schedule by communicating with internal
members(Including Sub-contractors)
- Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities in the project schedule.
- Prepare the detailed delay analysis on the schedule, Root-Cause analysis of the delay due to other
construction parties / internal delay and the mitigation plan for the delay occurred. Keep tracking the
progress on mitigation plan until the delay is mitigated.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly project reports.
- Attend periodical meetings such progress review meeting, handover meeting, schedule review
meeting and, other meeting with EPC, other Lot sub-contractors, Owner, PLN etc.
- Review MOM of the meetings attended and comment if required.
- Keep track of punch list and ensure timely closing of pending activities (If necessary attend walk
down)
- Prepare MPR and coordinate with HQ for customer submission
- Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves).
- Reports and
analyze deviations from plan and report to management.
- Analyze critical areas between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern
which required action of the responsible person/ section.
- Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and interface
between related team.
- Coordinate schedule from multiple parties including internal and external and incorporate the
information gathered into the overall project master schedule as per Project Manager/Site Manager
advice.
- Utilize planning tools such as MS Project2010 and above, Primavera P6 (R7.0
and above).
- Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma degree in Engineering
・Conversational English proficiency (effective for communicating with expats)
・Min. 8 years of experience as Project Site Scheduler in powerplant, experienced in using Primavera P6 (R7.0 and above) & MS Project 2010
・ Experienced in claim management including EOT (Extension of Time) and knowledge of the
FIDIC and equivalent construction standard.
・Have efficient knowledge about Project Schedule logic including Engineering, Procurement,
Installation and Commissioning of fossil power plant project
・Understand WBS structure, and work with management and project team in the development of
detailed work break down structure scheduling and project control
・Understand the contract clauses related to planning and scheduling
