- Organizing, managing purchase administration to meet team target
<Job Responsibilities>
- Review Sales quotation for Department
- Purchase Local Material
- Prepare data mill sheet for Local Material
- Negotiate with end users for pricing area
- Monitor daily operation to foresee potential problem and make anticipation
- Spur team to perform improvements
- Implement annual Cost Reduction activities through optimization
- Prepare Section’s budget and control the execution
- Leading the planning and implementation of various projects
- Prepare annual Action plan and achieve the target by the team
- Prepare and review annually career development plan for all team member
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any background
- Preferably have Accounting Background as SPV
- Minimum 7 years in sales administration area with 2 years leadership experience managing more than 2 subordinates
- Business level in English for both oral & written
- Able to work in a dynamic team environment and fast-pace work demand
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking
- Strong problem solving with good judgement and sense of urgency
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
