Sales Executive - Property Development *Jakarta

<Job Responsibilities>
- Achieve and increase sales targets
- Follow up and approach potential buyers
- Responsible for promoting property units for sale
- Negotiating with potential customers
- Processing and following up deals with consumers

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Minimum education Bachelor degree
- Male / female aged around 23-29 years old
- Have a background in Sales Property in Developer for a minimum of 1 year
- Mastering the Batam area or abroad (Preferred)
- Have an extensive database of customers/network relationships
- Have excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated to achieve success and hard worker
- Business English level and able to speak Mandarin is preferred
- Must be dynamic and sales driven
