<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support IT development & team
<Job Responsibilities>
- Resolve all type of mail, network hardware, software related problems
- Maintain & monitor company System (ERP), resolve any H/W issue on time. un-interrupted Network environment to the users
- Monitor the server data
- Create budget and monitoring all project in IT department
- Support digitalization in the company
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's degree
・Min. Conversational Japanese or own JLPT 3 certification (ability to do work reporting) and Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 3 years of experience handling IT related work (infrastructure, system, network, server, etc.) including maintenance, troubleshooting and project management
・Good leadership, ability to manage a team, management skills, good communication, able to work under pressure, energic, friendly and polite
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Expert in IT system security
・Knowledge in ERP system
・Own MCSE,CCNA,ITIL certification
