<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Ensure that all financial and accounting operations within an accounting department run smoothly. He/she shall oversee the work of the subordinates, review financial statements to ensure accuracy, and reconcile general ledger accounts.
<Job Responsibilities>
・Managing finance and accounting general activities such as operational, budget control, cash flow, financial reports, banking activities
・Handling external party related activities including taxation, financial audit, and periodic report to headquarter.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Having financial/accounting education background (bachelor or diploma)
・Experience in handling company accounting & financial matters for more than 5 years
・Having about 3 years in leading group/team/section (leadership skill)
・Excellent communication skill with a pleasant attitude
・Have a conversational English skills
・Able to communicate in Japanese for oral and written (Business level)
・Flexible, able to adapt in a new working environment
・Willing to work in Karawang
