Quality Management System Senior Staff

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support Quality Management

<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate external & internal audit, handle report and follow up audit result to make sure that the assessment is up to standard.
- Control ISO documents from each department to create, revise, obsolete and distribute the documents.
- Control and coordinate risk assessment process and identify aspect from LK3 effects complied with the standard
- Coordinate in conducting management review meeting to make sure the system runs smoothly and as planned
- Make sure to control 3S and K3 in working area and document filing to make sure the documents are easy to be accessed
- Do gap analysis, analyze and study ISO 14001, OHSAS and IATF requirements and make sure if the company meets them
- Coordinate Quality, Safety and Environment manual, including drafting a new or updated revision to be proposed to the BoD
- Supervise and make sure that QMS admin operators could do their daily tasks efficiently and make sure to support their skills improvement
- Propose and control internal budget to manager
- Make sure of ISO document's legality & quality
- Do and plan problem solving with issues
- Control and make sure of document's confidentiality
- Suggest and advice for recommendation after audit to related department
- Coordinate with other division as needed
- Involved with QCC activity
- Volunteer in coordinating with company events
- Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, Industrial, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 1 year of experience as Quality Management Staff in manufacturing company
・Good understanding in ISO 45001 & 9001, OHSAS, ITAF, K3
・Good communication skills, good interpersonal skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese company
・3 years of experience as Quality Management Staff in manufacturing company
・Own AK3U certification
