- Responsible for developing business in Building segments and maintaining good relationship with M/E Consultants
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Creating sales strategy to increase market share
2. Do business development activities to expand the business and increasing clients number
3. Achieving sales target
4. Controlling work progress in Sales Department
5. Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions with clients
6. Analyzing cost and sales
7. Compiling and analyzing all sales data
8. Maintaining existing clients and keep building the good relationship with them for continuous order
9. Able to do efficient presentation to clients in English and Bahasa Indonesia
10. Coordinating all sales and sales support to achieve company’s target
11. Providing weekly sales report to Manager & Director
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Min D3 degree
- Has Experience as Sales Engineer min. 3 years in pump Industries
- Experienced in Bulding segment projects
- Have good networking of M/E Consultants
- Willing to achieve sales target / Target oriented
- Able to communicate in Business Level English
- Wiling to perform mobile works
- Wiling to be placed in Central Jakarta
- Good communication and leadership skill
- Good in communication, relationship building and negotiation
- Good interpersonal skill and enjoy meeting people
- Pro-active, result oriented, high commitment, flexible to travel to meet clients
- Able to work under pressure
