<Position Objective/Expectation >
- The staff will be responsible for developing HRD System for company & subsidiary companies in Indonesia
<Job Responsibilities>
- To provide HR and company regulation sharing and support to subsidiary companies in Indonesia
- To develop and operate HR system in JKT
- As a main person to arrange the new project M & A between Group company with the new partners
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor Degree from reputable university, preferably in HR management or psychology
・Business level English proficient both writing and speaking
・Have 5 -10 years experience, in HR development/operation (must have experience from consulting and as an in house HR)
・Good communication and leadership
・Digital literacy
・Have excellent skills in operating Microsoft Office
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・MBA or CHRP holder and Japanese literacy are preferable
